School may be back in session for many students and their parents throughout the Southeast, but that doesn’t mean the summer fun has to end! This year, Lanier Islands is proud to play host to our LONGEST SUMMER ADVENTURE SEASON EVER! Even the advent of Fall (which occurs on September 22nd) can’t stop us! The wave pool and waterslides of LanierWorld – our beach, boardwalk and entertainment district on the shores of Lake Lanier – will be rocking every Saturday and Sunday through October 1!

Local families won’t have to drive far to enjoy what’s left of summer, complete with toes in the sand, music in the air and sunny skies up above.”
In addition to LanierWorld’s signature brand of fun in the sun, events planned over the next few months include:
For additional events and activities at LanierWorld and throughout the Islands, be sure to bookmark our calendar of events and visit our activities page regularly! And don’t dismay – once LanierWorld has closed for the summer season on Sunday, October 1 – we’ve still got MORE fun in store!
