Lake Sidney Lanier: Lake Levels

Whether its for boating, fishing or swimming, the lake levels play a part in planning your day on the lake. Lake Sidney Lanier is known for its’ site seeing attractions with 38,000 acres of water and 692 miles of beautiful shoreline. Within that shoreline is Lanier islands, host to summertime fun, events and lodging with an invitation extended all year long.

Sailing Lesson

Lake levels for lake Lanier in February have stayed around 1070.23, which is above average and just shy of full pool at 1071.00. In Comparison to 2014, levels have remained right at or just below full pool all of the 2014 year, giving us the levels for a great summer on the lake. With the events that are planned here at Lanier Islands for the 2015 season of LanierWorld, we anticipate the levels will mirror last year’s levels: welcoming boaters and guest all season long.
